Gear Box : Helical gear box with integral thrust bearing. The lubrication is Through oil splashing and the whole gear box is water cooled.

Made of alloy steel, ground, polished and plated. Following dies Will be provided 5 ‘ LD die
Heat Zones : 6 no s
Candle Filter: A special candle filter would be provided. This would ensure Filter change-overtime reduced by 50%. One does not need to disturb the die or extruder while changing the filter.
Heating Load : 5.75 KW

Cooling Ring:
One dual lip cooling ring suitable for 600 mm made from aluminum Alloy and has adjustable lips 600 mm made from aluminum Alloy and has adjustable lips for air flow control

Control Panel:
The control panel is made of heavy sheet metal and is front opening Type. The panel is painted white from inside for clear visibility. An Unique feature of this panel is an interlocking mechanism between Each temp. Controller and the main motor. Unless the actual temperature Of Each zone is reached; the main DRIVE cannot be started, in order to Safe guard the screw against damage which can occur due to Solidified mass of polymer. In other words, this would act as a cold Start preventer. A flasher unit is provided, which would continue Flashing till the desired temperature Is reached. A similar interlocks also Exists between the groove temps. & the main drive.

Warranty:
One Year warranty for repair & maintenance against any manufacturing defects in machine from the date of dispatch. This is however not including components made of rubber, plastic, electrical/ electronic equipments, bearing and other parts components subject to normal wear & tear. The warranty will be ceased in case the machine sold or transfer to anyone else within duration of warranty.
